During installation the screw holes on the iPad 2 LCD Screen and  the digitizer frame should be aligned to ensure that the screws can be fit into the holes. Tight the screws before moving into next step. The iPad 2 LCD flex cable ribbon should be fastened with the motherboard before connected to the LCD. Note that the end of the ribbon is a slice-like plug-in connector instead of a buckle used for many Apple parts. Please handle the ribbon gently enough.
