    The Apple iPad Digitizer Touch Screen frame is a plastic frame that is used to bond the iPad digitizer, the iPad LCD screen and the iPad back cover. There are more than a dozen of screw holes on the frame. With these holes, the back cover can be fastened to the frame.

    The iPad Digitizer touch Screen frame does not come with the metal screw nuts when leaving factory. However, for the convenience of installation our technicians will embed the screw nuts into the digitizer frame before shipment.

  • iPad Digitizer Touch Screen Frame Installation Special Notes:

    The iPad digitizer adhesive is put on the front surface of the digitizer touch Screen frame. Do not remove the film on the adhesive until it is time to bond the digitizer to the frame. If the film is removed too early, the digitizer adhesive may be contaminated by dust and not sticky enough.
    The Apple iPad digitizer frame features several slim points. These points may be easily broken. When installing the LCD screen or the digitizer touch screen to the frame, try to put the frame flatly on the desk.
    When installing the iPad digitizer frame to the back cover, one may need some foam gaskets to make the frame and the back cover more tightly fastened. The frame does not come with the foam gaskets. They should be prepared before installation. Also take care of the screws and the holders during disassembling. These small parts are needed in installation.
