Step 1: Remove the HTC Droid Eris battery door, the battery and the memory card.

Step 2: Remove 4 screws on the HTC Droid Eris back housing.

Step 3: Remove the HTC Droid Eris back housing with a tool.

Step 4: Remove all screws fastening the motherboard.

Step 5: Disconnect all the flex cables on the motherboard.

Step 6: Seperate the HTC Droid Eris LCD and Digitizer.

Until now, the HTC Droid Eris is taken apart into pieces.
