    The HTC Spring Hero LCD Screen should be bonding to the front cover before one connects it to the motherboard during installation, and the bonding adhesive is put on the front cover. Slightly press the LCD after installation ensuring that there is no gap between the cover and the htc spring hero LCD.
    The HTC Spring Hero LCD screen we sell does not feature the metal frame used to hold the LCD during installation. The frame can be disconnected from the used LCD easily. One can use a used metal frame to hold the new LCD screen during the replacement provided that the frame is not damaged.
    On the PCB board of the HTC Sprint Hero LCD Screen there are many electronic components covered by a layer of anti-static insulting tape. The tape should not be removed. Besides, the PCB board should not be touched by any tool to protect the electronic components from being damaged.
