  Motorola Cliq Lcd Flex Cable Ribbon is factory adhered to the lcd. If it is stripped off, the lcd will go black, white or blank. The right way to separate the lcd from the motherboard is: release the slot on the motherboard, and press slightly the front and middle part of the visible part of the ribbon, and then pull it out. It is improper to hold the lcd and pull it out rudely, in which case the ribbon will be broken.

• Motorola Cliq LCD Compatibility:

  Motorola Cliq Lcd Screen is compatible to the lcds of another two new models: motorola backflip lcd screen and motorola i1 lcd screen, but the degrees of their compatibility are different, which results in a phenomenon: in the moment of starting up, a black line may flash in the lcds of some models. It only lasts about 0.5 second, and then the display will go back to normal. The phenomenon is different from the flash event occurring to motorola droid x.
