  • About The HTC HD2 Digitizer Touch Screen:

    The HTC HD2 digitizer touch screen mainly incorporates the glass lens and the touch screen. The two parts are compacted together as a unit by factory machining. They cannot be separated manually.
    The HD2 digitizer touch screen may get scratched or broken easily compared to other phone parts, because it is more likely to be rubbed by other objects. So it is advisable to put a protective film on the screen.

    Attention Customers: This is not compatible with the T-Mobile HTC HD2! It is only compatible with the overseas version of the HD2 Cellular Handset!

    The HTC HD2 digitizer touch screen is available in two versions that differ in their flex cable ribbons. One version features a slice-like plug-in connector on the ribbon that can be connected to the LCD screen easily. In comparison, when the other version of HD2 digitizer is connected to the LCD screen, the ribbon must be welded on the back of LCD screen. So it is much less convenient to install and disassemble this version of HD2 digitizer touch screen.

  • HTC HD2 Digitizer Touch Screen Installation Special Notes:

    The HTC HD2 digitizer touch screen is large and has the same size with the HTC EVO 4G digitizer. During installation, please try not apply too strength on some part. That is to say, when there is need to press the digitizer, try to press gently and smoothly. If improperly handled, the HD2 digitizer may get broken more easily than those small touch screens.
    When welding the version of the HD2 digitizer with the welding junction to the HD2 LCD screen, please soldering iron carefully in order to prevent damaging the IC or the touch screen. When installing the HD2 digitizer with the plug-in connector, it is much easier. Just bend the digitizer ribbon a little and fasten the connector to the port on the back of the HD2 LCD screen.

  • The HTC HD2 Digitizer Touch Screen Compatibility:

    The HTC T-Mobile HD2 digitizer touch screen is compatible with the HD2 digitizer without the T-Mobile logo if there flex cable ribbons are the same.

  • HTC HD2 Digitizer Touch Screen Storage Guidelines:

    Never put heavy objects on the HTC HD2 digitizer touch screen during storage. Wrap the touch screen with bubble wrap, and then place it in a rigid box with the flex cable ribbon put upward.
