    The OEM Samsung SCH-U820 touch screen is a four-wire screen. It is available in several versions manufactured by different OEM factories. We have two versions of the U820 digitizer. One version has a long flex cable ribbon. The other version goes with a short ribbon. We have verified through test that the two ribbons are not compatible. Now we only supply the one with the short ribbon on our site.

    When replacing the U820 digitizer touch screen, please check if the screen for replacement goes with the special digitizer adhesive. When wiping the digitizer with the alcohol ethyl, please try not to touch the adhesive.

  • Samsung Reality SCH-U820 Digitizer Touch Screen Storage Guidelines:

    When storing the Samsung Reality SCH-U820 digitizer it is a good idea to place it in an anti-static bag to prevent static, and to wrap the sealed bag with bubble wrap in order to prevent damage. The Reality SCH-U820 digitizer touch screen should be placed on edge and stored in a rigid box in order to prevent compression.
