About the Symbol MC3000 Digitizer:The symbol mc3000 digitizer is a traditional four-wire resistive touch screen. With a layer of coated glass lens, the mc3000 digitizer feels quite good. There is also a thick layer of foam on the back of the mc3000 digitizer that enables it more compression-resistant.
The symbol mc3000 digitizer is shaped like a square. There is a supple and S-shaped flex cable ribbon stretching out from the top side of the digitizer. Compared to the symbol mc9000 digitizer, the mc3000 digitizer is much smaller and slimmer because the mc9000 digitizer features a layer of foam on both sides. Besides, the mc3000 digitizer is far less anti-friction and strong than the mc9000 digitizer that is made of PMMA. The vitreous mc3000 digitizer may be more easily damaged.

Symbol MC3000 Digitizer Installation Special Notes:The surfaces of the symbol mc3000 digitizer may easily get contaminated. In view of this, we put the protective film on both surfaces of the digitizer. There is no need to remove the films during test. And it is also advisable to wear finger cots when handling the digitizer.The symbol mc 3000 digitizer is bonding to the front cover rather than the LCD screen. A layer of digitizer adhesive is put on one side of the mc3000 digitizer.During installation please try to handle the digitizer carefully since the glass is fragile. Also try not to touch the position of PIN in order to prevent causing any bad contact.

Symbol MC3000 Digitizer Storage Guidelines:Place the digitizer in appropriate temperature (the temperature should be kept from -30 centidegree to 80 centidegree, and the humidity should be kept under 80% RH.) The desiccating agent may be necessary to keep a dry storing environment.Try not to put any weight on the digitizer. Don't bend or compress the flex cable ribbon or the FPC.Put the digitizer away from direct sunlight.
