CONDITIONS OF USE POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING FROM OUR STORE.
Account Membership:
To better serve
our customers, we are now a members only site. As a wholesale distributor, we
only serve cell phone repair shops, wireless retail stores, refurbishers,
insurance companies, and other wholesale purchasers. We do not supply the
general public or end users repairing their personal devices. We reserve the
right to deny or cancel membership to any party at any time. Please note,
acceptance of these Terms of Use and Conditions Policies is mandatory prior to
placing an order on our site. Claiming ignorance of, or disagreement with,
these policies subsequent to ordering can result in cancelation of your account
membership. Please review these policies carefully and feel free to contact us
as info@globaldirectparts.com with any question prior to ordering, however,
emailed objections to a below stated policy does not constitute an exception.
Quality Control
Every warranted part we sell must
pass a quality control inspection/test prior to shipment. We, therefore,
guarantee all such parts shipped from our warehouse are in good working
condition. Our inspection process results in a slightly longer shipping period
than some of our competitors, however, we have found this greatly reduces end
user dissatisfaction. (Please note, on rare occasions, due to demand, before
testing equipment for a specific device is available, we sell parts without
warranty. If a part is not warranted it will be clearly noted on our site.)
Condition of Parts
All parts sold by Global Direct Parts
are in new, or as good as new, condition, "A" Stock. (The only
exception are items sold as "B" stock, which may have slight
imperfections, but are fully tested for functionality.) We always try to stock
exclusively new parts, however, some parts are impossible to procure as new
because they simply are not being manufactured any longer or are not available
as new. In this instance we will provide like new or refurbished parts and
guarantee they will function as new parts.
US Shipping Options:
Global Direct Parts ships from
multiple facilities. In order to deliver the best possible price on quality
parts, we reserve the right to source parts either from inventory or directly
from first source producers. Global Direct Parts inspects each unit prior
to shipping and in instances where we reject parts shipping delays can occur
(please see below Fulfillment and Backordered Items section). Due to our
strict Quality Control Procedures our average handling time is 1 to 5 business
days (prior to ship date). We do this to eliminate post sales headaches.
Standard Shipping Options (for NON-QuickShip items ONLY):
Standard Shipping Options are
calculated by the dollar amount of your order.
Flat Rate Option:
Flat rate shipping requires 5-12 business days for delivery* (Business
Days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and or holidays are not included
in shipment estimations.)
All orders paid after 5pm CDT will be
considered paid on the next business day and the delivery time frame will
commence from that corresponding date paid.
*=The above shipping windows do not apply to
batteries. Please read the "Shipment of Batteries" section for
details.
Ground Shipping Option:
Ground Shipping requires 4-9 business days for delivery* (Business Days are
Monday through Friday. Weekends and or holidays are not included in
shipment estimations.)
All orders paid after 5pm CDT will be
considered paid on the next business day and the delivery time frame will
commence from that corresponding date paid.
*=The above shipping windows do not apply to

Quick Ship (QS) Shipping Options:
All paid orders including any
Quickship (QS) items cannot be edited, changed or canceled!
US Expedited
Standard Overnight: (Must have
QuickShip (QS) items on your order to select this method). All Non QuickShip items will ship via our
standard flat rate timeframe of 5-12 Business Days. All orders paid
after 2pm CDT (Monday-Friday) will be considered paid on the next
business day and the delivery time frame will commence from that corresponding
date paid. Holidays may delay QS shipping times.
US Expedited Two Day
Air: (Must have
QuickShip (QS) items on your order to select this method). All Non QuickShip items will ship via our
standard flat rate timeframe of 5-12 Business Days. All orders paid
after 2pm CDT (Monday-Friday)_will be considered paid on the next
business day and the delivery time frame will commence from that corresponding
date paid. Holidays may delay QS shipping times.
Shipping charges for QuickShip (QS) items will
appear as a surcharge on your order. These charges are in addition to the base
shipping rate selected. If your order includes QS items, you must select from
the above QuickShip Shipping Options at checkout. If QS items are on your
order, and Flat or Ground Shipping is selected your entire order may be subject
to the selected Flat or Ground Shipping time. The QS item surcharge(s) will NOT
be refunded in these cases. Please email or call us PRIOR to tendering payment
with any questions on this.
QUICKSHIP (QS) SHIPPING (i.e. 2 Day or Overnight) is NOT available for Non-Quickship
items. If a QS shipping method is selected it, in this case, it will NOT apply
to your order.
QUICKSHIP (QS) SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE
THE US!!!!!!!
Prices
for QuickShip (QS) Items will vary and may be more expensive than Non QuickShip
Items. Prices on QuickShip items may change at any time without notice.
Global
Direct Parts reserves the right to change or modify or discontinue QuickShip
Service or any part of QuickShip Service at anytime, either temporarily or
permanently with or without giving prior notice to our customers.
International Shipping:
All items orders (except batteries) shipped to destinations
outside the continental US require approximately 8-21 business days for
delivery. (Business Days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and or
holidays are not included in shipment estimations.)
Expedited shipping options are not
available for destinations outside the continental US. If an expedited
shipping option (i.e. two day or overnight) is selected, it will NOT apply to
your international order. If QuickShip (QS) items are selected, they will
arrive in the standard 8-21 business day window and no refund will be given for
the QS surcharge.
Shipment of Batteries
Many major shipping carriers do not
allow the shipment of batteries. This delays the shipment, sometimes resulting
in a longer shipping window than detailed in the standard shipping section.
Expedited shipment of batteries is never available. If you have additional
items on your order those will arrive first and the batteries will follow,
although an exact time frame is not guaranteed.
Fulfillments of Backordered Items:
Because we strive to supply the best
quality parts available in the world, there are times that some parts on your order
will fail our Outbound Quality Control Process and we must procure additional
stock to fulfill your order. This results in these particular items be placed in a backorder status. These
items will stay in backorder status indefinitely while we will make every
effort to supply them. If a refund is preferred over waiting for the
item(s), we can issue a refund, but only after we have made every attempt to
fulfill the backordered parts for a period of seven business days after receipt
of the backorder notification email (sent promptly after a part(s) fails our
quality control process). Once this time has passed, a customer may request
a refund via email to info@globaldirectparts.com. Refunds will then be
processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the refund request. Refunds are
not available immediately after the backorder notice is sent. Refunds are only
after the 7 business days from receipt of the notice.
Warranty:
All parts are sold under warranty unless
otherwise noted in the product page description. Replacements will be
issued for any warranted non functioning, inherently defective, or
incorrect part received by our customers.
We require that
customers fill out and submit a WEA-Warranty Exchange Authorization (click here to view WEA request form) within 30* days of receipt of product. All WEA
requests received after 30* days of receipt by the customer will be denied.
*=Orders placed on or
to previous to 10/05/11 are limited to the previously posted WEA-Warranty
Exchange Authorization window of 7 days from receipt of product.
Return of original product prior to
part replacement is mandatory (and is at the customer's expense).
Global Direct Parts will conduct independent third party verification testing
on all warranty claims before shipping replacement parts. If upon careful
and professional inspection, returned parts are found to have been damaged by
the buyer, or are found not to be defective or incorrectly claimed, the parts
will be returned to the customer with an notice that their Warranty Exchange
Authorization has been denied. All approved warranty exchange
authorizations will take up to 4 weeks for delivery of replacement parts.
Our Warranty Exchange
Authorization (WEA) process must be followed in order to have parts considered
for exchange. Please do not return parts
without a Warranty Exchange Authorization (WEA) or the claim be automatically
denied.
Returns and exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are not available. Our products are
warranted against inherent defects, however, due to the delicate nature of
electronic parts we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please email us if you
have product questions before placing your order.
Order Changes and Cancelations:
Standard Orders (NOT including any
QS-Quickship items):
If you would like to modify an order
(which DOES NOT include QS items), including adding items or breaking the MOQs (Minimum
Order Quantities) please see requirements and instructions on our FAQ page,
question #1. The request must be made via email by forwarding your emailed order
confirmation to info@globalDirectparts.com (please do not call to request order
modifications, they must be submitted in writing via email). All paid orders are closed for changes, including cancelations, at
5pm CDT. After this time we have
begun processing your order and it cannot be modified or canceled for any
reason.
QS Orders ( orders including any Quickship items):
All PAID orders including any Quickship (QS)
items cannot be edited, changed or canceled! If you would like to modify an unpaid
order (which includes QS items), including adding items or breaking the MOQs
(Minimum Order Quantities) please see requirements and instructions on our FAQ
page, question #1. The request must be made via email by forwarding your
emailed order confirmation to info@globalDirectparts.com (please do not call to
request order modifications, they must be submitted in writing via email). All unpaid orders with Quickship (QS) items are closed for changes,
including cancelations, at 2pm CDT.
Again, all paid orders including any Quickship (QS) items cannot
be edited, changed or canceled! After this time we have begun
processing your paid order and it cannot be modified or canceled for any reason.
Please note: all unpaid orders including
QS items will automatically be canceled by our system by 3 pm CDT. Please email
all edit requests, if necessary, PRIOR to 2 pm CDT.
Installation Instructions/Diagnosis Request
Although we are a cellular parts
supplier, we cannot in any way diagnose your device, advise you how to perform
the repair, or as to which parts you will need to repair it. Only a
cellular/electronic repair technician can do that with the phone (or other device)
in hand. Due to the nature of electronic devices there can be hidden damage
that cannot be seen without fully testing the device, so again, we recommend
you seek the expertise of a cellular/electronic repair shop.
We do offer basic tools used in cellular/electronic
repair on our site, however, if you are undertaking the repair of your
personal device, or are an inexperienced technician please be advised you are
doing so at your own risk. Global Direct Parts cannot in any way be held
responsible for a negative outcome. Furthermore, if any part(s) you purchase
from our site is damaged in the repair attempt, or if the part(s) purchased do
not, in fact, correct the problem with the device, they are not returnable and
the warranty does not apply.
Lastly, the "take apart
videos" are for the benefit of trained technicians. We are not responsible
for any damage due to inexperienced repair attempts. Global Direct parts
recommends that all electronic device repairs be performed by a qualified
technician.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and bank
wire transfer. We currently do not offer payment terms. All orders must be
paid-in-full prior to shipment of your order.
Please note:
Due to the high prevalence of credit card internet
fraud we may, on occasion, refund a
credit card transaction and request payment via another accepted method.
All orders paid via PayPal must be shipped, per
PayPal's rules, to the shipping address provided to us by PayPal. Please make
sure the address selected when checking out on PayPal's site matches the
shipping address you requested we ship your order to as inputted on your order.
In the case of a discrepancy between these shipping addresses, we reserve the
right to ship to the address PayPal instructs us to ship to without
notification to the customer.
All orders paid by bank wire transfer must
include an additional $22 USD to cover incoming wire transaction fees. If the
full order amount, plus the $22 fee, is not received it will delay the processing
of your order.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Collecting information provides specific
benefits to our website visitors and allows us to successfully fulfill your
order (e.g. collecting your information allows us to mail your order to the
address you provide). We collect information for the following purpose(s):
completing or supporting an activity; contacting our visitors (except via
telephone) for promotion of the site or products.
Information is not shared with anyone outside our company. Of the information
we do collect, we allow our visitors access to all collected information.

Use
of Other Company and Manufacturer's Names
Global Direct Parts is not an authorized dealer, sponsored or
endorsed by of any of the companies listed on our site that we sell parts for
