Shipping
Global Direct Parts ships from multiple facilities. In order to deliver best price on quality parts, we reserve the right to source parts either from inventory or directly from first source producers. Global Direct Parts inspects each unit prior to shipping and in instances where we reject parts shipping delays can occur. Due to our strict Quality Control Procedures our average handling time is 3 to 5 business days (prior to ship date). We do this to eliminate post sales headaches! All orders to continental U.S. destinations are shipped free ground freight (orders over $69.00) and require 5-12 business days for delivery, not including weekends or holidays! Orders shipped to: UK, AU, EU, or Canada, require 8-14 business days prior to shipping transit time for delivery.
Business Days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and or holidays are not included is shipment estimations. Orders totaling over $69.00 USD and shipped to destinations within the continental United States qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Orders shipped to destinations outside the continental U.S. do not qualify for free shipping and freight is assessed via bulk rates, by region.
Fulfillments and Backordered Items
Because we strive to supply the best quality parts available in the world, there are times that some parts on a customer's order will fail our Outbound Quality Control Program. When ever a customer places an order with us, the contents of their order goes through this program before shipping out. Again, because there are instances where some parts fail this process and we must procure more, these particular items are placed in a backorder status. These items will stay in backorder status indefinitely while we will make every effort to supply them. If a refund is preferred over waiting for the item(s), we can issue a refund, but only after we have made every attempt to fulfill the remaining parts on the order for a period of seven additional business days after receipt of a backorder notification email (sent promptly after a part(s) fails our quality control process). Once this time has passed, a customer may request a refund via email to info@globaldirectparts.com (Order Number Must be Referenced!).
Warranty
All parts are sold under warranty. Replacements will be issued for any non functioning, defective, or incorrect parts received by customers. We require that customers fill out and submit a Warranty Exchange Authorization (click here to view WEA request form) within 7 days of receipt of product. All WEA requests received after 7 days of receipt by the customer will be denied.
Return of original product prior to replacement parts being shipped Is mandatory. Global Direct Parts will prosecute Internal verification that customer did not break product before shipping replacement parts, as well will professionally inspect / verify customers warranty claim. If upon careful and professional inspection, returned parts are found to have been damaged by the buyer, or are found not to be defective or incorrect it is the customers responsibility to pay return freight back to their location. Global Direct Parts can only hold parts for 14 days after we notify buyer that their Warranty Exchange Authorization has been denied. 14 days post Warranty Exchange Denial all returned parts are liquidated at the customers loss. Our Warranty Exchange Authorization (WEA) process must be followed in order to have parts considered for exchange
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds and exchanges for all products are not available.

We do not supply Installation instructions, and are not responsible for damage to equipment or parts.
